Today was a perfect beach day. Even though I live on the coast, I never tire of going to the beach. After sitting and soaking in the sun, my friend and I walked for 40 minutes and I firmly believe walking 40 minutes at the beach in the sand is equivalent to at least an hour of walking elsewhere! 
It was gorgeous and the summer crowds are beginning to show up. We decided today it’s time for us to begin going to another part of the beach away from all the tourists (however, we do appreciate your business if you’re a tourist!).
